This crib has worked perfectly for us. We have a very small apartment and needed a crib that would fit in our bedroom. Our son will eventually outgrow it, but still uses it now as a large 13 month old. For my job I've spent a lot of time looking at safety recalls on products for children, making me very familiar with all the ways cribs dangerously fail, and I find this crib is very safe when assembled properly. The fact that it (very easily) folds flat for storage without being disassembled makes it less likely to loose original hardware or be reassembled wrong for a second child or second-hand user. I appreciate the fact that the instructions are written on the base of the crib so they're always available.
