Before we went to Japan I researched options for my toddler's bedding. Space was going to be at a premium in our hotel rooms as well as in our luggage, so I needed something compact yet comfortable and this is completely perfect! Since this is just an air mattress, I can roll/fold it up to fit into my luggage. The pump works very quickly and is about as compact as one could reasonably expect. I can't think of any other option that would be as compact for travel, yet still satisfy the particular needs of a toddler.
