I ordered this bed for my 2 year old daughter. As my husband assembled it I did notice it was lighter than expected, but not flimsy. The issue we had was that the holes for the side rails were not drilled straight so we had to deal with getting a replacement. Based on the comments from others on this there seems to be quality issues, but not always the same problem. I contacted Dream on Me directly, but they said they would only deal with the company I purchased it from (babies r us)...so 3 weeks later they have agreed to replace the side rail, but it will take yet another 1-2 weeks.
