We had a little issue installing the chain in the ceiling - after the company sent out a replacement part for us, we realized it was our error, not theirs. (Screw the hook on slightly before you push it into the hole in the ceiling.) The chain works great - I have only plushies or toys that don't have any mechanical parts hanging on it - about 15 (and he's only three months old!).
